Dunlavin Arts Festival hosts art exhibitions in three
different galleries in the town, scroll down or select a gallery for
more information on this year's exhibitions.
Each year, the Market House Gallery exhibition
is the focal point of the festival. Professional, prominent
artists, whose works are highly sought-after worldwide, exhibit
in this eclectic exhibition. And this year is no exception with
over 30 of the best in the country showing their work. See the
full list of artists below. The exhibition opens Friday 19th
at 8pm and runs from 12-6pm on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st.

Over the last few years the Blue Door has exhibited a wide variety
of works by students and recent graduates of art colleges in Ireland.
It has seen a mix of paintings, prints, sculptures, videos and
installations. This year the exhibition Go Your Own Way -
A Group Exhibition of Up and Coming Artists in Ireland, curated
by Anne Lynott, offers an exciting mix of new works by young artists.
See below for a full list of artists on show.
The Blue Door Gallery occupies rooms in one of Dunlavin's terraced
houses, directly facing the Market House Gallery. Day to
day, the building is in use as the local station for An Garda
Síochána.

The largest gallery of the
Arts Festival exhibits work that has been submitted by local emergent
artists, and shows hundreds of paintings, prints and sculptures every
year.
The Old SchoolhouseGallery was
formerly the
local Church of Ireland primary school, and is kindly lent out each
year to host the emerging artist exhibition. The Old Schoolhouse
Gallery is located beside the Market House Gallery.
